At Paynes Gray, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship Items Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
